12.08.1993 Formation of the firm in sole proprietorship:
Franz Achter
Elektrohandel & Systemtechnik

Right from the beginning, the firm of Franz Achter being a
competent and flexible partner for worldwide active companies
has - always customer-specifically - realized the most diverse
requirements as a supplier for cable technology and
electrical component assemblies.

1996 Now there is approx. 400 m² of floor space available at
the premises. The cable technology division is considerably
expanded and the electro-technical division including
the production of component assemblies and electro-
mechanical devices is enlarged.
1999 New building of a production hall. Now there is approx.
1200 m² available at the premises.
2000 The number of customers and also the product range
was significantly increased and extended. In the sector
of electronics, now also the development and production
of printed circuit boards and the automated insertion
of components on printed circuit boards is realized.
The entire range of offered services was extended:
Production including procurement of materials, disposition,
warehousing, delivery services on behalf of customers
(inland and foreign countries!).
2001 The firm is converted into an incorporated company.

01.10.2002 Achter Elektronik AG acquires the partner's interest shares of Lm-therm GmbH.

Achter Elektronik AG and Lm-therm GmbH utilize the synergy effects resulting from the
amalgamation to the benefit of their customers.

01.11.2004 The product range of Lm-therm GmbH is revised, considerably extended.

2005 Lm-therm GmbH moves into the new rooms at the Achter AG site.

2007 Achter Elektronik AG extends its production program and mounts and wires now complete control cabinets

2008 Opening of a new plant for the assembling of switchgears in Uttigkofen

2009 Opening of a sales-office in Vienna / Austria
